Measuring website usage (Site Improve)
We use Site Improve to collect information about how people use this site. We do this to make sure it’s meeting its users’ needs and to understand how we could do it better.
Site Improve stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. We do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are. We do not allow Site Improve to use or share our analytics data.

Gathering user feedback (Survey Monkey)
We conduct online surveys to help us to understand our users' needs and improve our service. We use Survey Monkey to collect responses to surveys.
If you take part, SurveyMonkey will save extra cookies to your computer to track your progress through it. No personal information is stored unless provided as part of the survey.

Purpose: Allow your responses to surveys to be collected.
Expires: When you close your browser apart from CX_xxx cookies which expire after one year.
